WE ARE BACK TO
SCHEDULING CLIENTS!

We have new procedures to follow in order to protect our therapists’ and clients’ health. Please review your email for an outline of those details, including wearing of a mask of your own or one provided at our office. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you!

If you can move better, you feel better, and life
is better!

Our practitioners use the tools of functional assessment, Orthopedic and deep tissue massage, and movement reconditioning to propel you on this journey. Not sure what type of session to book? No problem, if you are not dealing with an injured joint or movement limitation then book for the amount of time you want as a deep tissue massage. If you have a chronic pain condition, athletic injury, or want to avoid surgery, select 1 hour Orthopedic massage and your therapist will discuss treatment plans with you in the first session.

Orthopedic Massage

Add-on to deep tissue massage $15
Included in price of orthopedic massage sessions

Orthopedic Massage

Orthopedic Massage is a structured approach to relieving pain and movement limitations. This therapeutic work is guided by an assessment of the client’s ability to move, as well as how and when pain is experienced. Although it affects the deep tissues of the body, it is delivered as a pain-free massage. Orthopedic massage differs from a typical Swedish massage in that stress relief is a secondary goal of reducing pain and dysfunction in the body. It is a highly specialized modality and often fills in the gaps between traditional medicine, chiropractic care, and physical therapy. Orthopedic massage helps with sports injuries, aches, and pains associated with aging, and can even prevent unnecessary surgery.

Deep Tissue Massage

60 minute massage $70
90 minute massage $100

Deep Tissue Massage

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. Deep tissue is not a matter of how much pain can you stand but rather precise application of pressure to release the deeper tissues of the body. Your muscles will get a workout… and thank you for it!

Sessions may include instruction on foam rolling and self- massage techniques. Get reintroduced to your body and learn how to keep it moving efficiently!

Cupping Therapy

Add-on to deep tissue massage $15
Included in price of orthopedic massage sessions

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is the application of silicone cups to the skin to create a vacuum suction. A pulling or tightening sensation can be felt on the skin when the cups are in place. The suctioning draws inflammation from deep in the tissues to be released and may leave red circles where blood has been brought to the surface. This allows tense muscles to soften rapidly, and chronic and acute pain conditions to be relieved with minimal discomfort.

Kinesiology Taping

Stand alone tape application $15
Included in price of orthopedic massage sessions

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology tape is used to support proper tracking of a muscle, reduce bruising and swelling, facilitate proper joint movement and aid in corrective posture. When applied in specific ways Kinesiology tape stimulates proprioceptors in the skin which actually overrides much of the pain signal being sent from the injury. Kinesiology tape can be worn for up to a week and is waterproof. The tape is truly a revolutionary therapy that allows you to carry on with your normal activities with reduced strain.
