We want you to live a pain free life!

Our practitioners use the tools of functional assessment, Orthopedic or deep tissue massage, and movement reconditioning to do just that. Not sure what type of session to book? No problem, if you are not dealing with an injured joint or movement limitation then book for the amount of time you want as a deep tissue massage. If you have a chronic pain condition, select Orthopedic massage and the session can always be adjusted at the time of service based on discussion of symptoms with the therapist.

Beyond relaxation there is transformation

Orthopedic Massage is a structured approach to relieving pain and movement limitations. This therapeutic work is guided by an assessment of the client’s ability to move, as well as how and when pain is experienced. Although it affects the deep tissues of the body, it is delivered as a pain free massage. Orthopedic Massage differs from a typical Swedish massage in that stress relief is a secondary goal to reducing pain and dysfunction in the body. It is a highly specialized modality and often fills in the gaps between traditional medicine, chiropractic care, and physical therapy. Orthopedic Massage helps with sports injuries, aches and pains associated with aging, and can even prevent unnecessary surgery.

John hunt

I had rotator cuff surgery on the same shoulder twice in 6 months. Tiffany easier my pain before, after and during both recoveries. She is the best in the area and I highly recommend her!!

Michelle Ellis

Tiffany is an amazing massage therapist! Her orthopedic massage is hands down the best massage in town. This is not a fluffy massage - Tiffany works hard to bring pain relief and range of motion back into these tired muscles and joints. She is not only skilled by very knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend her!!
